Precision Matthews PM 14x40E-LB VFD Electronics updates mods

Basic panel and electronics layout. The left cardboard is the undersized foot print of the cabinet self.

Upper Left will be the tachometer. Upper right will be the VFD.
any unused space will be further consumed by the remaining electronics.
